Enjoy a peaceful paradise in this beautiful, professionally decorated home. Having been just renovated, everything in this home is new. Located in Clermont near all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. 25 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal Studios. The home sits on a large corner lot. The huge pool and patio offer super comfy furniture and a BBQ grill. 4 bedrooms all have new mattresses. 2 King, 1 queen and 2 twin. Large kitchen is very well equipped and has new appliances.

The Space:
Each bedroom has top of the line mattresses and it's own TV. The kitchen is very well equipped to make your favorite gourmet meal. Please note that Laundry is inside the home. Guests will not have access to the garage area. It is closed off from the rest of the home.

SMALL dog friendly. ABSOLUTLEY NO CATS!!! $150 non refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum 1 dog under 20 pounds. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. Please contact host if you plan to bring a pet.

Pool heat is an additional $30 per day. You must let us know if you want pool heat as it takes several days to get warm. You will be charged for this when you book your vacation. Pools are not heated between Easter and Thanksgiving. There is no heat available outside of these times. Please note that the pool has a spa seating area only, it is not a hot tub and does not get heated.

There is no fee to use the BBQ grill. Management does not maintain propane. You are responsible for filling the propane tank. You must clean the grill after use or be charged $100.
