Positive: Excellent location in a beautiful walkable area.

Negative: The facilities were unfortunately run-down: doorknobs were loose, lamps didn't work, and the front steps are slippery. Decor is a little too much knick knacks.

Summary: Excellent breakfast, very kind and friendly hosts. No regrets.
