This comfy renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow was designed to help you relax and destress while you're away from home.
The living room has plenty of sunlight to greet you with your morning coffee.
We have a number of amenities which include; fast WIFI, experience our Samsung smart TV with premium cable (you can access your services like Netflix via TV), challenging puzzles, and fun card games.
The kitchen includes; stylish quartz countertops, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a microwave.
We also have a coffee station (for those coffee drinkers!) with coffee, tea (we didn't forget about you!) and sugar.
You can cook with pots and pans, and there's also knives, a rice cooker, cutlery, plates, mugs, cups and bowls for mealtime.
The living room upstairs includes an L shaped sectional sofa with pillows, coffee tables, a side table beside the couch, 55 inch Samsung smart TV, and TV stand. Behind the couch is an outlet to charge your phone.
The 4 bedrooms all include a luggage rack, a closet to organize your luggage and storage, bedside nightstands, and 2 queen and 2 double beds.
The upstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower (included Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash, we got you covered), medicine cabinet to store your toiletries, hair dryer, sink, mirror and soap dispenser.
The downstairs living room includes a work station, a ping pong table to enjoy with friends and family, and a couch that's also a futon to sleep on.
The bathroom downstairs includes a tub to soak in to destress and relax.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in case you want to do laundry.
The large backyard has 2 decks, and includes a patio and BBQ grill (available in Spring and Summer).

As an Superhost and Premier Host, our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and our mission is to provide a memorable experience at our clean and comfortable property.
Absolutely no smoking, and no drugs inside the house. Events are allowed but no loud music and noise after 10pm as it's a family community and we must respect our neighbourhood.
Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks or hardware under any circumstances.
Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
No shoes within the house. A mat and shoe holder will be provided in the closet at the front entrance to put your shoes.
Pets are allowed and will be charged a rate of $100 per stay. Please check in your pets. Use the backyard for pets to urinate or defecate. If there are stains in the house, an additional charge of $200 will be charged for the cleaning fee.
During checkout, we ask that you wash any dirty dishes, clean the coffee station, and throw out trash in respective bins. Underneath the kitchen sink there are 3 bins; garbage (black), organics and the recycling bin (blue). They are all labeled, please put your trash in the correct bins, the cleaner will do the rest
If upon your check out the kitchen is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, such as scrubbing off grease and burned in or dried food we will charge you additional $50 cleaning fee.
Any items removed from the property will be charged back to the Guest.
Please note, check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. There are no extensions as we need the time to clean and sanitize the property.
Please turn off lights when not in use as well as electric appliances, (hair dryer, coffee maker, TV, etc. The same goes for water, please do not leave the taps or the shower open when not in use.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the house even if you have the windows open. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vapes and tobacco. If we smell smoke in the house right after check out, you will be charged additional cleaning fee of $750 and will be liable for ALL damages incurred as a result.
No candle burning, incense, and open fire of any kind inside the house. You will be liable for any and all damage directly or indirectly caused by your actions or actions of people staying with you or visiting.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Any makeup, foundation, face creams, hair dye, any tanning products and anything else that stains and cannot be cleaned by laundry, will be charged back to the Guest.
If anything was spilled on the furniture or broken, please let us know right away and we will handle it. Please do not attempt to fix it yourself. If extensive cleaning needs to be done it will be done so and charged back to the Guest.
A doorbell camera is used only at the front entrance of the house.
