*THE RED COTTAGE AT LA CASA is a family friendly 2 Queen Bedrooms plus with 2 washrooms cottage. For extra sleeping, a double bed in the BONUS room off the second bedroom is ideal for children.
**LOCATION - LA CASA LAKESIDE RESORTS IS LOCATED AT THE END OF A SCENIC AND WINDING 30 MINUTE DRIVE along Lake Okanagan from West Kelowna.
**LOCATION - LA CASA LAKESIDE RESORTS IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 35 / 40 MINUTE DRIVE FROM DOWNTOWN VERNON BC along an ever-changing scenic and winding Westside road.
*Spectacular panoramic Okanagan Lake views and numerous activities makes The Red Cottage at La Casa the perfect vacation spot .
*The main floor hosts an open concept kitchen, living room, dining area and washroom and shower.
*From inside the top level of the cottage, views of Lake Okanagan can be seen from every window .
*The top deck showcases a beautiful 180+ degree view of Lake Okanagan with a barbeque , outdoor patio furniture for 4 , and outdoor dinning table and chairs with an umbrella for 4.
*Down the stairs to the lower level of the cottage are 2 Queen bedrooms. The 2nd Queen bedroom has a BONUS room with a double bed ideal for children.
*The Queen master bedroom boasts a sliding glass door to another patio deck with views of Lake Okanagan and the resort of La Casa.
*The deck hosts a cast iron lounge chair with cushion and 3 Adirondack chair for relaxing and enjoying the view.
*The second queen bedroom bonus room has the washer and dryer in the closet.
*The downstairs washroom has a tub and shower combo.
*Cottage Recreation supplies - mini golf putters and balls, yoga mat, water items , pickle ball rackets & balls , sports supplies are provided in a basket ( supplies are often changing )
*Security cameras are on site at the cottage. A voice ring doorbell with voice and camera recording at the front door for your safety , a security camera outside the garage with voice and camera recording ( front of cottage ), and a camera inside the garage.

LOCATION
*Our cottage in located in the resort of La Casa Cottages on 6808 Westside Road north of West Kelowna B.C.
*La Casa Cottage Resort is located at the end of a scenic and winding 30 minute drive along Lake Okanagan from West Kelowna.
*La Casa is located approx. 35 / 40 min from downtown Vernon B.C. along an ever-changing scenic and winding Westside road.
*Guests can enjoy the views of the bighorn sheep, deer and the occasional bear sighting along the way.
*Our cottage is located up the hill at the top of the resort.
*Panoramic views can be enjoyed from many locations on Terazona Drive.
*Main Amenities area on the middle level is OPEN May 1st, 2024 - Canadian Thanksgiving Long Weekend 2024 with a pool and 2 hot tubs. Lake Marina is open till September , 2024
* May 1,2024 the upper pool and hot tub open and are located on Terazona Dr, located a short walk from the cottage.
* OFF SEASON Canadian long weekend holidays 1 hot tub will be open.
*Hiking and ATV trails ( BC government passes needed for ATV trails ) are just down the road as well .
*Down the hill from the cottage is the main amenities area with a take out restaurant, convenience store, La Casa resort office, tennis court, pickle ball court, playground, sand volleyball courts, mini golf, pool and hot tubs for your enjoyment.
*The lower part of La Casa across Westside road has a boat launch, marina (seasonal May 1, 2024- September 15th, 2024 ) , water trampolines, (seasonal May 20th, 2024- Sept 15th, 2024) depending on weather , a rocky beach and a dog friendly beach. Water Shoes are recommended.
*A Five minutes drive by car from La Casa is Fintry Provincial Park with a waterfall, camp group with a boat launch and beach. A must see!
*Local wine tours are available and depart from La Casa Resorts. These tours are provided by local companies for a cost.
*Save on Foods in West Kelowna delivers groceries to La Casa Resort Cottages with a delivery charge. Order on line at Save on Foods.
*Golf carts, kayaks and paddle boards can be rented on line at La Casa Resorts .com ( seasonal May 2024- September 2024), a Commercial private company on site. Come enjoy La Casa Lakeside Resorts this summer.
*The Red Cottage at La Casa is high above some beautiful trees. There will be a chance there are some bugs, leaves, or pinecones needles ect around the cottage as we share this beautiful site with nature. Keep screen doors closed when possible.
