Beautiful unit on a high floor right in the heart of downtown Toronto. Unit boasts a lake view from the balcony with patio furniture to enjoy the view. There is a 1 BR Queen bed with an extra large sliding door closet and the living room consists of a sectional couch that converts to a Queen bed as well for extra sleeping space. Full kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and a tea kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided as well as all the basic cooking needs (oil, seasonings, sugar, etc.). Kitchen also has a dishwasher for your convenience. A glass dining table for sit-down meals and well as a work space with a desk, notepads, pens, dry-erase calendar and to do list. There is shelving also for use and a welcome shelf equipped with all the brochures of the many things to do within the city and surrounding areas. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with complimentary detergent. The bathroom has a full soaking tub along with the shower. Upon entrance there is a coat/utility closet and a bench to sit and store your shoes. Central AC and heat to keep you comfortable.
The building provides you access to a full gym as well as an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. There is also an indoor children’s play area for those staying with kids.
