A true winter paradise. The area is bustling with activity. Located 4 minutes from the Stoneham ski lift.
From the house, you have a magnificent view of a small private lake. Hiking trails pass directly over the property, which is also bordered by a small river. There`s a tree house and a zip line, and kids love our large wooded lot for all kinds of games.

The lot is unique in the area. A private lake, a large wooded lot, a river that runs through the property. This is what makes our cottage a bucolic location. No other chalet in the neighborhood has a lot like it. Put on your ski boots and a 4-minute walk takes you straight to the ski lift. To get back to the chalet, a good run and you can ski straight down.

We designed the house with family and friends in mind.
On the main floor, you`ll find a large kitchen with a magnificent view of the wooded grounds and small lake. The living room with giant screen and pellet fireplace. A room dedicated to outdoor equipment and a powder room. There`s a sofa bed in the main-floor living room for people with reduced mobility.
On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a second living room. The sofa in the second living room is a sofa bed that can accommodate one person.
Formerly an intergenerational home, the stairs on the second floor will take you into the `bar` section of the house. Furnished with a pool table, a second kitchen with fridge and stove.
In the basement, you`ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom and a large games room with table soccer and arcade basketball. In the playroom, there`s a trundle bed, so two single beds. We`ve also created a cozy night-sky corner with a sofa bed. The laundry room is in the basement.
The large ground-floor terrace is furnished with a bbq and a private spa.
A bassinette is available in the master bedroom. There`s a highchair in the kitchen.

-Les party sont strictement interdits. Aucun feu d’artifice peu importe l’heure.
-Les fenêtres soient fermées et verrouillées.
-Les lumières éteintes.
-A l’extérieur, utiliser des verres de plastique seulement. Spécialement dans le spa.

• Il est strictement interdit de fumer, boire ou manger dans le spa.
• S.V.P rincez votre corps de crème, d’huile, sable et autres saletés avant d’entrer dans l’eau.
• Les personnes aux cheveux longs sont priées de les attacher
• S.V.P. Avisez-nous si le niveau d’eau est bas.
• Les enfants de moins de 14 ans doivent être accompagnés d`un adulte en tout temps.
• Le couvercle du spa doit être remis correctement en place après chaque usage du spa. Le flotteur doit être remis dans l’eau a votre sortie du spa et ce à chaque fois.
• À la fin de chaque spa de la journée, vous devez ajouter le contenu d’un petit pot et partir les jets. Nous comptons les pots utilisés.
