The living room has a stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and French doors to the deck. The big windows in the great room present water views and sunsets.
The kitchen with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless appliances create a space where making dinner is comfortable and connected. The main dining table seats eight; there`s also a counter-height eat-in table off the kitchen for slower mornings.
The primary suite has a beautiful king bed, French doors opening directly to the deck and hot tub, and an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The main floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo. A third bathroom is conveniently located beside the gym downstairs. There is in-unit laundry with full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer.

Birch Bay is a small beach community in the northwest corner of Whatcom County — tidal flats, a slower pace, and views toward the San Juan Islands on clear days. About 30 minutes from Bellingham, close to Blaine and Semiahmoo, and not far from the Canadian border if a day trip is on the list.
The home is entirely your space while you are here. There are neighbors but when you are in the house you would barely know it!
