My home is 7-bedrooms/5 full bathrooms, 3340+ sq. ft newly remodeled with many modern amenities, such as central air and heat, and a chef's kitchen. The kitchen has every utensil and/or appliance that you could ever need. The home is in the middle of town, yet one-half block off the water, bay side. It's open, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and full of sunlight. It's a family/group dream vacation spot. My home is handicapped accessible, wide hallways, and a bedroom with a private handicapped bath and shower. There are two primary suites in the home, one upstairs and one downstairs. All linens are 100% cotton. My home is pet friendly (as long as the pets stay off the furniture!). The Key Largo Community Park hosts basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, calisthenics workout stations, frisbee golf, running/walking paths, a skateboard park, and the lovely Jacobs Aquatic Center; it's just across the highway. At the house, there's plenty of parking for up to about 6-8 vehicles, or fewer cars and a boat.
