Our luxury home is located on ground floor of building 3 at Barona Beach Resort in West Kelowna. 3.5 hours from Vancouver and about 15 minutes away from downtown Kelowna!
Spacious 1,100 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The living room has two leather sofas that can be used as hide-a-beds. There is a large dining table as well as breakfast bar in the kitchen as well as a seperate laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms with a full ensuite in the master offering a King bed and smart TV & queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has 55 inch smart tv with multiple Shaw TV channels plus Netflix for your viewing enjoyment. Wifi is available throughout the home.
All of your cooking desires will be accommodated with the fully appointed kitchen that includes quality stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances (gas stove) and high quality mini appliances Blender/Toaster/Coffee maker as well as completely stocked accessories including multiple sets of dishes & cutlery, pot & pans, serving dishes, all types of glassware & plastic ware (for the pool area), full bbq utensils, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags (great for picnics or to take your left-overs home). There's a gas bbq on the deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. We stock basic kitchen items like salt & pepper, olive oil & sugar. Laundry ready for your use with all supplies provided. Linens & towels are well stocked & bedding is hotel-style with clean sanitary duvet covers on all coverlets.
Quails Gate, Mission Hill & *NEW* Frind Wineries are at your doorstep as are many of the other Okanagan wineries, golf courses, regional parks, wine & bike trails, aquatic/recreational facilities and Spa’s. This location is second to none. Once you discover Barona Beach, you'll be back!
We do not have a Boat slip but one may be available separately through property manager - please inquire. Public boat launch a few blocks away.
Enjoy our large patio and grassy back yard, then take the walkway to the beach which separates our unit from the beautiful orchards. The hardwood and tile flooring enhance the nice finishing's in the unit. The geothermal provides even comfortable Air conditioning or heat. This is our home away from home and will only rent it to those who will agree to treat it as if it was their own home.
