This luxurious Villa is 4,500 square foot [2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks] with spectacular 180 degree views of Sunset beach and the Pacific Ocean. The “Hacienda-Style” three Master Suite, 3.5 bathroom two-level villa is built on and into the highest peak on the southern-Baja, 800 ft above sea level and 200 ft above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. The villa has it's own private infinity pool, carport, a BBQ on the upper deck and indoor & outdoor Jacuzzi. The inside has a living room with a fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, family room with a computer with high speed internet access, five HDTV’s and phones. Finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, and in the ultra-modern kitchen a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, stove with oven & microwave, (all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied).
There are three master bedroom suites, two with king size beds and one with two queen size beds, all with luxurious bathrooms, There is also a queen sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge, (and roll-a-way beds are available upon request. Two bedrooms have a wall safe.
