Each suite contains a full bath and kitchen, a small living and dining area. Each suite is only a few steps away from a full sandy beach which remains sandy as far as you can walk in to the water. Your rate also includes the use of all non motorized water sports; Paddle Boards, Paddle Boats, Kayaks and life jackets. We take tremendous pride in the cleanliness of our suites including providing you and your family freshly cleaned linens including comforters and bed spreads. If you choose fresh cleaned towels will be provided daily. We recommend however that you bring your own beach towels. In addition to a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer) propane BBQ's are available within our picnic area.The kitchen also include a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, flatware utensils, dishes, pots & pans Each suite includes TV and High speed Internet. The family suite has 1 bedroom (Queen) and a large living room with pull out couches (double). The unit walks out onto the picnic area and play ground and faces the beach making it popular for families. Laundry facilities are available with coin operated washers and dryers. During the months of July and August there are nightly camp fires.We are located 90 minutes from Toronto, and promise to make your holiday one to remember. Whether you want to bring your entire family, or maybe you are looking for a romantic weekend away, the peaceful atmosphere, and gorgeous beach will put you right into vacation mode as soon as you arrive. Each or our 1 or 2 bedroom suites are self contained with a full kitchen, private bathroom and living area. Our guests also have access to propane barbecues in the picnic area, next to our family campfire area. Paddle boards, paddle boats and kayaks rentals are included as part of your stay. Our entire property is waterfront on over 100 feet of private beach front. In addition to our beautiful beach, you can also enjoy a vast array of Balm Beach (and Midland) area destinations, from golf courses, to shopping centers, as well as many historical attractions.
