Your home away from home is located in the heart of the Poconos. The home is no more than 5 or 10 minutes to all the best dining, attractions and shopping. This modern house is very well maintained. This is a smoke free home but we do permit smoking on the closed/heated back deck are. No pets unless they are service pets and we will ask that you provide paperwork. The home sleeps 14 but if you have extra guests you will need to discuss this prior to booking as there will be an additional fee. This is a private community but the pool and pool house you see comes with the house and is exclusively for you and your guests during May - September weather permitting. We also offer heating of the pool for an additional fuel charge of $300 per stay. All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and starter toliet paper. We also provide garbage bags and liners in all garbage pales. We provide starter shampoo and soap. All linens and towels are provided. Feel free to bring your own but i can assure you they are new and clean. There is a theatre/game room in the basement. Regulation pool table, darts, card/game table and large screen 65" TV. We have some DVDs but they may not be your taste so feel free to bring your own. TVs are in 4 bedrooms upstairs and in main living room and basement. Some games are in the home (in the blue carpet room) such as operation & monopoly.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans/bake ware, plates utensils etc. We have a double oven and a double stove top to accommodate a large crowd for meals. We do not provide condiments or food of any kind to ensure the safety of the guests. You are responsible to remove and dispose of the trash and remove all perishables when leaving the home.
