Charming 4 bedroom cape cod. It is a very cozy house on a 3 acre lot. Lots of green space to enjoy.
If you are looking for a family vacation or just a quick weekend getaway, the 1000 Islands is your perfect home away from home. Whether you plan to enjoy ice fishing, hiking trails, summer golf trip or boutique shopping. A stay at the 1000 Islands makes the perfect escape from the hectic city life.
Located on Howe Island Ferry Road, our house is a 10 minute drive to downtown Kingston, and right next door to the ferry dock that takes you to Howe Island.
What makes our property unique is the green space inside. We have a solarium which is converted into a greenhouse. It is a more natural section of the house. There's lots of beautiful plants to see.
We have 24 hour surveillance on our property.
Guests are welcome to use the ground floor and second floor of the house. Basement is unfinished, therefore it is not available for use. Please do not use/ enter that space.
There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Guests to bring their own supplies for the fireplace. Firewood etc is not provided.
We have a few maintenance personnel (snow removal/ landscapers etc) who come in from time to time. If you see them on the lot, do not be alarmed. They will not be entering the house.
There is a solarium/ greenhouse inside the house. It is part of the house, guests are welcome to enjoy it. You may see some lady bugs. Please keep the space clean and close doors behind you.
