Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Room and bed were clean and was artistically presented. There was coffee machine in kitchen, clean towels for bathroom. Soap was available.

Negative: It was very hard to get into property and the door entry codes did not work from the help videos they sent to my phone. It took about 45mins to get in and identify the apartment door and for someone who was inside to open door. Although room was clean internal door was insecure and unbeknown to me it was shared bathroom which had mouldy ceiling. I had booked for 3 nights but moved to another hotel after staying one night. The neighbourhood is noisy and although parking space advertised as available it turns out to be street parking where ever possible in surrounding streets. Did not feel safe. Communication was very difficult because of out very limited Spanish.

Summary: Did not feel comfortable or secure.
