MUSKOKA STILL WATERS - As you drive up to this private 1.23 acre property you are greeted by a beautiful post and beam home with double car garage. The property has flat level land with beautiful landscaped gardens and lawns. The driveway extends to a private fully equipped guest house with it's own kitchen, laundry facilities and large front porch. As you move around to the lake side of the property you will find 2 docks and approximately 300 feet of lake frontage. There is a sprinkler system that keeps the lawn and gardens looking pristine. A gentle walk down to the sand beach and 2 docks with 4 - 5' depth off the end for swimming and fishing. Families will enjoy this quiet bay.
