The Space:
Morning light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows while the mountains sit quiet beyond the evergreens, and you start the day with a warm drink in hand, taking in the stillness from high above the valley. After hours on the slopes, you come home to the soft glow of the indoor fireplace, the hush of snow in the trees, and an evening that naturally slows into fireside conversation and time in the hot tub.
Living Space
Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski-in/ski-out (seasonal) home is designed for groups who want room to gather and room to spread out. Expansive windows and a cathedral ceiling keep you connected to the forest and mountain views, while the open main level brings everyone together for shared meals and relaxed nights in.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 13 with 7 bedrooms and 8 baths. Two primary suites each offer a king bed, a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a glass-enclosed shower. The additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom provides a single bed, a crib, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and a bathtub combo - a comfortable setup for families traveling with little ones.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining table seats ten, making it easy to come together after a day outside. You’ll also have a dedicated workspace and Wifi when you need a quiet moment to catch up.
Entertainment & recreation
When you’re done skiing, settle into the media room with a fireplace, TV, and table tennis for easy evenings at home. The gym is well set up for staying on routine, and a mudroom helps keep gear organized. Laundry is simple with a washer and dryer on-site.
Outdoor living
Step out to the patio or balcony for crisp alpine air, then wind down in the hot tub. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill set the scene for slow, wintry evenings, with the backyard offering an open space bordered by forest.
Neighborhood
Kadenwood sits above Creekside Village, with access to shops, restaurants, and the slopes via the private gondola - about a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Whistler Village is about a 10-minute drive away.
Arrival, parking & safety
Self check-in is available via smart lock, with free parking garage on premises. Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
