The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the fairway as you wake to a pale winter light filtering through tall windows, the mountains standing still beyond. Mornings begin slowly here - coffee warming your hands, skis waiting by the door, and the calm of Nicklaus North surrounding you before the village stirs. After a day in the cold, the house draws you back in with firelight, warmth, and space to fully unwind.
The townhouse is set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, about a seven-minute drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the two-story layout centers around an open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and large windows framing Whistler and Blackcomb. Air conditioning and heating run throughout, balanced by hardwood floors and a gas fireplace that anchors winter evenings indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own fireplace, a private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

Summary: We had such an amazing time at this VRBO! Location and quiet were our top priorities and this was 100% the ideal place. Fully stocked kitchen gadgets, bakeware, plates, etc. Steps from miles and miles of trails and the lake. Two minute walk to the Table Nineteen which had amazing food, outdoor patio overlooking the lake and the 9th tee. Amazing people and waitstaff. The people at Whistler Platinum were very responsive and professional each and every time we had a question or a need. Can't say enough about how thoughtful and accommodating they were to us. I will definitely be renting from them again. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion is to place a bench or chair in the mud room to enable the easy removal of shoes prior to entering the home. We found it a bit inconvenient to remove and put our shoes on while trying to balance on one foot. But something like that is easily resolved with a little piece of furniture. Other than that it was amazing!
