Summary: I have never stayed at a Delta hotel before. The staff were pleasant upon arrival and leaving. Room was clean and spacious. I spent Friday to Monday morning at this hotel. I was quite surprised when I returned Saturday night to find out the room was not serviced (bed made, clean towels, black out blinds still closed). Upon approaching the front desk about this I was advised that the hotel only services rooms every other day. I was offered some clean towels as compensation for this. This cost over $600 to stay 2 nights. It doesn’t even include a buffet breakfast. I’ve never stayed at hotels before where the room service is every other day.. Also I had to ask for a new tv remote as the one in my room was not working (are these not checked to make sure they work). Plus there were no towels available at the pool when I went there in the afternoon. Very disappointed with my stay.
