On stepping through the entrance, you will be greeted with the spacious Living Room with views over the pool area. This area has been furnished with a comfortable sectional leather sofa and has a smart TV with Roku access. This room then leads into the open-plan Kitchen and Family Room. The Family Room is furnished with 2 sofas and a recliner, so plenty of room for everyone to gather. The Family Room also features a large Smart TV with cable from Centurylink plus high-speed Wi-Fi access. The Family Room also overlooks the private dock/canal and pool area, thus providing a very open and bright living space for all guests.
The Kitchen is open-plan in design and has all appliances plus handy small appliances such as crock pot, blender, toaster oven. The Kitchen features a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area and Breakfast Bar dining area. For additional living space, there is also a small den/work-from-home area situated off the Kitchen.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a King size bed, sliding doors to the pool area and Smart TV with Roku. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk-in shower, large Jetted Roman Bathtub, and his and her basins.
The home is split-plan in design which offers the utmost privacy for all guests. The home is also equipped with a gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining. The entire surrounding outdoor areas of Villa Mermaid Cove have been lavishly landscaped to add privacy and provide the feeling of a luxurious retreat in the Florida sunshine.
Please note there is a car stored in the garage. Guests have access to the garage to walk through but will not be able to park in the garage as there is not enough space for 2 vehicles. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
