This large 3 story, 5 bedroom home offers incredible panoramic views from the covered rooftop palapa as well as most bedrooms. This custom estate offers a gated entrance and large courtyard with covered cart parking and complete privacy. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a spacious outdoor entertaining area with a large heated pool, poolside palapa with bar, Blackstone grill and lounge area opening directly into the living room and kitchen as well as a ground floor primary king bedroom with en-suite. The second story features 2 en-suite king suite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with shared a bathroom, all with air conditioning and 3 with balconies and stunning bay of Cancun views. The third floor (rooftop) offers a large palapa with a seating area and magnificent views in all directions. The sunrise and sunsets from here make this one of our favorite spots in the home. Located on the quieter southern end of Isla Mujeres directly across from Garrafon reef, this home offers peace and privacy when wanted. You can simply take a short walk to our next door neighbor, The Joint or just a short distance further to Rancho Capricho and El Borracho Burro and enjoy wonderful food and refreshing cool drinks and live music. Centro and all it has to offer is only a short cab, city bus or golf cart ride away as well as Playa Norte.
