We are at the south end of the 13th Line of Oro. It's country living near the lake! The lot is lined in trees and has a ton of privacy. It is a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with so much to offer. Across the street is a private meadow with trails and a pond where the neighbours all walk their dogs. 600metres down the road is the Simcoe Country Rail Trail System- great for biking, running/walking the dog(s). A KM down the road is beautiful Carthew Bay, where you can launch your boat/kayak, go for a swim, or get some Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream at the local store.
We have a 4 person hot tub, on a large deck- equip with a gourmet gas BBQ and outdoor dinning space. We get seasonal views of the lake next door.
We are minutes away from Burls Creek!
The driveway can fit 8-10 cars. If you want to travel and park at any of the local beaches- we have a parking pass so it will be free for one car.
