Summary: Room was not very clean. 2 hairs were found on towels, toothpaste mark was left on the bathroom floor from previous guests for the duration of my stay even after notifying reception. There was no hot water the first night I stayed there. Of course the hot tub was being « fixed » on the dates of our stay. Overall, for a Sheraton, it did not fit the required standard.
