Positive: Location , room spacious, cleanliness

Negative: First thing: The booking details were not followed. I requested a 2-queen bedroom but then I was surprised to receive a king bed bedroom. Second thing: the staff on the reception who claimed to be the supervisor was not able to make a decision bc it is only provided upon availability. If this is the case, why would you put this as an option to us. It was very disappointing and this affected my experience during my stay in your hotel. Add to this, the staff mentioned that this is a frequent issue,yet nothing was done. Third thing: When I requested an extension to my check out for only 2 hrs till 2 pm, they refused that. Please note that all my visits to Montreal for the past 5years, I book in this hotel and I always recommend it for my friends. I was disappointed as a loyal customer not to deliver the service needed.
