It has 5 arched windows for plenty of natural light and French doors leading to a private courtyard with a water fountain and lush landscaping. It offers a formal dining room with seating for 8 to 10 and a wood burning fireplace. Adjacent is a well equipped large gourmet kitchen with new appliances and an off to the side laundry room and pantry.
One bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed, a flat panel TV and an en-suite bathroom.
A beautiful wrought iron staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find 3 bedrooms each accommodating 2 guests.
