Summary: I purposefully booked this hotel to use the pool. We were traveling to celebrate a graduation for my nephew from boot camp and had planned a family day by the pool for the fun. Unfortunately I was notified only 2 hours before I was to arrive that the health inspector had not completed their annual review so the pool was not open. This should have been made notice on all of the hotels advertising including Hotels.com. The staff was helpful in getting my pre check in done on the phone which is when I was notified about the pool. The hotel was well enough for a quick stay but failed to meet my needs. We also had no time to rebook anywhere else due to it so were stuck with what we had. The staff also indicated that they had communicated multiple times with the health inspector office and that they simply keep cancelling their visit for whatever reason. Hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of flat 1 star review. The hotel was trying, it is just GA public service at its finest.
