You’ll also have access to the private dock, which extends 185 feet out into the river and features a large 25x35 platform with partial coverage, perfect for both sun and shade throughout the day. Please note that on occasion, we may need brief access to the dock to retrieve our boat. If this is the case during your stay, we will always communicate with you in advance and ensure it is quick, respectful, and does not interfere with your time at the property.
