2 Bed+rec room, with 2 full Bath Ski condo that sleeps 10 comfortably, with stunning mountain views. The condo is the perfect stay for groups and families!
The space-
The layout for our 2 story, 2 bed 2 bath condo is: upper level main entrance with the master bedroom (queen bed), open living/dining/kitchen area, new Samsung washer/dryer, a full bathroom, and sliding doors to the top deck.
Downstairs (spiral staircase) is a large den/living room area where we have 2 twin beds, electric fireplace, TV (with Roku stick for streaming) and along with another full bathroom, another sliding glass door to the lower deck, and a very large bedroom (twin size bunk beds, a full size bed that also has a pull out twin trundle).
Guest access
Our guests will have full access to the condo and free parking (two spots per booking - association law as of 02/2021). If your group has more than one car, any other car can park free in the Minerals parking lot.
In the spring/summer guests can hike right up the mountain and explore the grassy ski-trails, visit the mountain coaster, zip line or spend the day lounging at the water park, golf our family friendly 9 hole golf or footgolf course, or head over to mountain creek bike park and go mountain biking for the day!
Other things to note-
We're super excited to share that we have upgraded our unit to a Smart Home! We now offer keyless entry for extra easy check-in and check-out and a nest thermostat for eco-friendly temperature control.
