Location, Location, Location! This custom built, luxurious, new home has everything you would need from a fully-equipped kitchen to any item you’ll need for a child of any age. There are three levels to this single family home with a newly built 12-foot bar for entertaining in the basement. The location can’t be beat with easy access to every highway in the area that can take you to DC, Bethesda, Reston, or the airport within 15 minutes! The largest mall of Tyson’s is a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive). It is also walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and many restaurants. We, the owners, are currently away for the short-term and wanted to share our beautiful home and have you take good care of it. Ideal for long-term vacationers or if you’re looking to transition to the DC area. This is a smart home with built-in Sonos WiFi speakers, keyless entry, Smart TVs, and Nest thermostat. Featuring four bedrooms, five baths, large eat-in kitchen, sunroom where you can enjoy your meals while looking out into the large, private, fenced-in backyard, and a two-story family room with a gas fireplace to warm you up on the cold nights.
Please treat this home as if it is yours. We allow no shoes in the house. Also, you may use the dishwasher but hand-wash all pots/pans and knives. No parties, smoking, or pets in the house! This is our main home that we’ll be coming back to often and have young kids so we hope to have everything in its place. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do! Please let us know ASAP if anything isn’t working. Adults up to 6 are only allowed due to county regulations and the rest must be kids under 12. Since we need space to store our own belongings, we have only locked the basement bedroom and three closets.
