*PETS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

•⁠ ⁠Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
•⁠ ⁠Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
•⁠ ⁠You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden after your stay.
•⁠ ⁠The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

*NOISES*
To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.
*BEDROOM*
Please note that the bedroom has a small window with a blackout curtain overlooking our neighbors' yard; especially during the warmer months, you might occasionally hear their voices. We have contact with them and they are used to always remaining respectful.
*NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE*
Please note that it is possible to encounter homeless people in the surrounding neighborhoods, including our street and other areas of the city. This phenomenon is common in all major cities. Other Airbnb listings in the neighborhood and city are also affected by this situation.
