This charming apartment is located on the top floor of The Mercantile House. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials. The bathroom has a soaker tub which is ideal for families with young children. The guest suite is ideally suited to host 4 adults comfortably or families with children. There are two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is also a pull out that turns into a double located in the living room. Please note that you will need to use exterior stairs to access the guest suite.

Ontario Provincial Parks passes for Sandbanks and North Beach are also provided. This allows you to park for free and to also bypass the line. The property backs onto Harry Smith Conservation Area. The entrance to the conservation area is located directly beside the home with a trail just behind the backyard. You can go for a hike or take your bike out through the trails. The home is also steps away from Roblin Lake Beach. There is a park for children to enjoy and the shallow water of Roblin Lake makes it a great place to kayak, canoe, paddle board, go fishing or go for a swim.
