Welcome! This secluded little slice of heaven is perfect for the quiet getaway with friends or family, or a romantic hideaway for 2.
Located right on the river, this open concept 2-bedroom cottage is only a short distance from the village of Minden which has all the amenities you’ll need – coffee shops, multiple grocery stores, number of places to eat, and a brewery. The cottage itself is a 4-season property with high ceilings and cozy living room that opens out onto a spacious deck overlooking the Gull River. The main bedroom features a private deck with seating that’s the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.
The home sits on half an acre of land that provides plenty of parking and an open garden space, as well as a fire pit for 6, propane BBQ and a large deck. You can admire the view of the river from the deck, the small dock or you can enter the river from the small beach area that is a part of the property.
Please note, as this home is located right on the river, there are occasionally boats heading to the lakes or the village.
