You will have access to 4 car parking in the driveway. Our space is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the grocery store, pharmacy and a Home Depot, and <5 minute drive from the Masonville mall.

Updated: Our previous listing only had the basement space, now we have opened our whole house for airbnb guests.
Spacious house with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, full kitchen and 3 full washrooms. Our space is modern and offers comfortably furnished areas with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long one. Google smart home with smart lighting, smart thermostat, smart lock, and smart smoke detectors.
Entry is through a smart Yale lock with keypad. Our main living room is striking with cathedral ceiling, California shutters, teal colour theme, comfortable seating and a 55" tv.
Our dining room offers comfortable seating, views on to the patio, and a microwave. Our breakfast table has counter height seating overlooking our backyard. Our coffee station offers a Keurig duo machine - you can brew upto 12 cups (grounded coffee, filters provided) or brew individual portions with provided k-cups.
Our kitchen offers all the essentials for cooking - stove, oil, utensils, salt, pepper. If you have any specific requests, please message us. For your convenience we provide a dishwasher with washing pods and dish cleaning supplies. We also offer a huge fridge.
Our second living area offers a striking VanGough art wallpaper.
Laundry: We offer a laundry with a dryer and all the supplies.
2nd level offers a master bedroom with attached bath. Master bedroom with striking ceiling lights with 2 individual remotes on each side of the bed for your convenience. 2 more rooms with comfortable brand-new queen beds. Another full washroom with tub and shower.
Basement level offers a spacious living room, 2 rooms with queen beds a full washroom. Living area with distinct wall-art, a tv and comfortable seating.
Our space also offers a landscaped backyard with outdoor seating (picture coming soon). We offer a deck and a brand new patio with parkway. for additional seating.
Concierge Service available for guest booking 7 nights or more. We can shop for any essentials you would like for your stay. We will cover the first $25 of the bill as well. We already provide oil, salt, pepper, sugar and cream.
