The house is a quick drive to multiple beaches, including a mile to Beacon's Beach, resorts, golf courses, the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds, Safari Park, LEGOLAND, the outlets in Carlsbad & more!

Situated directly off the entry way, the living room has plenty of space for all seven guests. Featuring tiled flooring, a large sectional sofa, love seat, two accent chairs, two-way marble fireplace (disabled), ceiling fan, multiple windows facing the driveway, central air conditioning, a large smart TV, ceiling surround sound system, pls movable end trays.

One of the best aspects of the property is the elevated back patio. There is a lower-level walkway, which you can access from the dining room and the master bedroom.
