This newly renovated basement suites have 3 rooms one with King size bed, and jacuzzi tub, second room has King size bed with walk in shower, third room has Queen bed with walk in shower. All rooms have there own 3 piece bathrooms, separate temperature controlled thermostat, heated bathroom floors, air conditioning, HVAC Fresh air system, 55" led smart tv with nexflix / local air channels & Bell fibe high speed WIFI & internet. I live upstairs and guest have complete privacy of back yard with pool & hot tub.
BNB is registered with all city bylaws eg: 45 minute fire rated doors, censer smoke, carbon monoxide alarm system & egress fire escape window etc.
