This house boasts lots of space for the perfect mountain getaway with a large basement/entertaining area with bar, a bonus room that can serve as an extra bedroom/living room plus office and a bright studio apartment with its own entrance, full kitchen and bathroom. The back yard is fenced for large* dogs. 2-car garage.

The house is situated on an expansive lot with great mountain views and sounds of Moosilauke Brook/Lost River across the street.
Guests will have full private access to the entire property including the main house, the studio apartment above the garage, and the entire yard. There is a fenced in back yard space with a gazebo (we say that the back yard is "big dog" fenced, meaning there are some areas smaller dogs would be able to get out). The house is on ~ 15 private acres that are predominantly wooded and situated behind the house backing up to National Forest making this a wonderful mountain getaway. The large private front yard (including the small white "cabin" - inaccessible to guests), has beautiful mountain views and a view of the top of Loon on a clear day, spans to Rt 112 and Mountainside Rd.
Guests have access to covered parking for 2 vehicles during their stay in a detached garage.
