We hope you enjoy this historic single story Outer Banks Beach Cottage. We are located between the highways, just across the street from the beach. We are the second home away from the beach - about a 1/4 cup of coffee away, maybe less.
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A fully stocked kitchen along with High Speed WiFi. Parking is right in front of your steps.
We have all the amenities needed to enjoy a fabulous beach vacation - outdoor charcoal grill, a porch to sit and enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze and stay out of the sun. This unit has been upgraded and has central AC and Heat.
We have a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to stay in and cook your own meals. For entertainment we have a 65 inch Smart TV for your streaming service, Netflix, Hulu etc.
Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 85 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage.
