Summary: It suited the purpose. Bed linens were clean, beds were comfy. Needs more effort in the cleaning of the room. Coffee maker and mini fridge needed a good cleaning. Fresh paint would def help. Some of the other guests appeared to be living in rooms and were kinda sketchy and alot of very loud arguments and slamming doors. The grounds needed work. The gentlemen who checks you in is also the room cleaning person, very friendly and accomodating, just leaves the office unattended and needing to call a phone number for service.
