Negative: Charging extra for juice at a breakfast buffet is very ordinary. The food was lukewarm. The room was cold, the heating system not working properly, they even had to add a plug in heater to supply the heat. The young at front desk when we arrived was not polite when we asked a question.

Summary: Nice hotel but lacking upkeep. High price for what we get.
