The apt has 2-floors of amazing apt space & all the comforts of home in a superb location. Right off of 11th Street and Spruce Street (Center City), 6 mins walk to the convention center, 2 mins walk to the Theater District, surrounded by the best restaurants in town, and amazing bars and lounges. This is a place you would stay in for weeks at a time.

The apartment is a bi-level private apartment located on the 5th floor of this nice traditional Philly building. There is a nice open floor plan layout on the entry floor with full kitchen, kitchenware, electric stove and oven, and a nice fridge and freezer.
There is also a comfortable common area living room where you can gather for movie nights or just to hang out and enjoy some downtime with your loved ones or friends.
Walk up to the bedroom which is nicely designed and ready for you to get a good nights sleep. The bedroom is spacious enough for a couple and has plenty of comforts.
The bathroom is a nice stand up shower with plenty of hot water pressure.
