Watch the sunset over a freshwater lake from your own dock at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home for up to 8 guests. Paddle board right from the backyard, grill on the deck and dine outside under the pergola. Inside: a full kitchen, living and family rooms, smart TVs in every bedroom and fast Wi-Fi. Shops and restaurants are minutes away, and the beach and Fort Lauderdale airport are a short drive.
Bedrooms: king bed (its window faces the neighboring house), two double beds in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3. Smart TV in every bedroom.
Kitchen: fully stocked with dishware, cookware, bakeware, fridge, glass stovetop and oven.
Outdoor: lakefront deck with private dock, pergola with dining table, BBQ grill, stand-up paddle board and life vests.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Driveway parking for 2 cars (no garage access). Self check-in with a smart lock keypad; your code is sent before arrival. Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am.
Please note: this single-level villa shares one wall with a neighboring home, so please keep noise down, especially after 10 pm.
