Positive: Great location. Easy to access. Excellent value.

Negative: Unfortunately the car parking area isn’t secure and obviously drugged up, displaced individuals were about. Once just a few meters from my parked car under the hotel a poor man was slumped over - out of his mind - staring at me as I returned to my parked car. It didn’t feel safe for sure and I’m glad my wife and kids weren’t with me. When I I asked hotel staff if it is safe to park they just said “we have cameras”. The parking area is also filthy to add to the atmosphere. The parking is definitely a concern and drags down the property.

Summary: A solid value property in a central location. Let down by parking that feels unsafe and exposed.
