This one-of-kind, modern Tiny House is located in the beautiful Georgian Bluffs. It is surrounded by nature & a 5 min walk to the Big Bay dock of Georgian Bay.

Located on a 2 acre property in Big Bay, this 300 sq ft building, plus enclosed patio and carport, was constructed in 2024. It is at the opposite end of the property from the main house. It runs on both solar & electrical power.
An ideal getaway for couples & friend’s getaway or travellers looking to take advantage of the nearby attractions such as the Bruce Trail, Skinners Bluff, Bruce’s Caves, Tobermory or Georgian Bay.
The sleeping area is a loft queen bed up a short set of stairs, & a single bed in the main room which doubles as a couch. *The single bed is narrow in size & not suitable for all individuals.
*Drinking water is provided filtered through a Berkey water system. If you prefer traditionally treated water, please bring your own.
