The neighborhood has so much to offer. Located only one block from Graduate Hospital and a block and a half Block from South Street this is a great location with many outside perks. You'll see families walking their children or people jogging all around you. You'll also see med students on their way to work at the hospital and locals enjoying the tree lined streets in this neighborhood. Quaint, charming and peaceful is how I feel around here.
There are so many restaurants, shops and choices to eat around here. You are only 2-4 mins in any direction from a variety of food and choices. Down 19th Street heading Northbound within only a few blocks you will run right into Rittenhouse Square Park and all the great places to socialize and enjoy around there.
You have private access to the entire apt during your stay
The apartment is large and spacious boasting 2-floors of living space in one of the most sought after areas in Philly "Rittenhouse Sq and Graduate Hospital". As you enter the main level it has a large living room with 2 comfortable sofa sleepers that each sleep 1, flat screen TV for movie and Netflix/Hulu nights, and plenty of space to gather with your guests. The ceiling fan provides extra fresh air and plenty of windows surround the apartment giving you natural sunlight as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, utensils and everything you need to make home cooked meals. We have included all major appliances, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and of course a coffee maker, we all need coffee. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with comfortable seating for 4 for a great dine in experience.
As you go upstairs to the second level you will be pleased with the two lovely designed bedrooms that await you. Bedroom 1 has a full size comfortable bed with soft linens and quilts, and a set of nice pillows for a good night rest. A ceiling fan keeps the room cool and there is also plenty of closet space for storage. We have also created a nice quaint reading area where you can sit and hunker down into a good book or your studies.
Bedroom 2 has two comfortable single beds with soft linens and quilts. Each bed is separate from the other. There is closet space and some storage space as well. Each bedroom is private from the other so everyone has their own space.
The bathroom is on the upper level with a full shower and tub installation, vanity, toilet and plenty of bathroom space. The shower has great water pressure and the tub has a good depth to soak in.

Parking Gem: There is free day and night street parking in front of the building and one block to the left and to the right of the apartment. It's based on availability, but if you find a spot you won't have to move your car at all.
We offer a coin operated washer and dryer directly next door at the next building.
You do not need to drive around here. You can walk almost anywhere or find a Metro or subway to get you around. Ubers and Lyft are abundant in this area as well. South Street is 1.5 blocks away, Broad Street subway line is about 12 mins by foot.
