Summary: This property was dated. The AC units worked partially. Some of the rooms the air conditioning helped, but the power would constantly trip if you had all of the ac units on. To get the power back on you had to go down into the basement and flip the breaker. We had to do this multiple times. The water in the shower is set up backwards - so we had to learn the hard way that you have to turn it to hot to get it cold and vice versa. It was difficult because you had to turn the handle all the way past the cold in order to get it even normal temperature- past the scorching hot water to get normal temp. One of the rooms is like a converted sun room or something and the ac never was enough to cool the room off so it was uncomfortable the whole time. most of the rooms had many windows and only one of the rooms had enough curtain to actually cover the windows. So every morning the sun would wake us up super early. The lack of curtains also kept the sun shining in increasing the heat! There were exposed wires just coming out of the wall in a closet. There is an additional upstairs unit that had another person staying and they had a very loud dog that barked the whole time. Sometimes the door lock wouldn’t work and we had to go around the back to get into the unit. Honestly though the biggest issue was the subpar air conditioning and lack of curtains. There were 4 beds - 4 bedrooms I don’t know how they’d consider this 5 bedrooms unless they’re including the unfinished attic.
