Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt golf on the outer banks, and a new town splash pad park for kids a short distance away! #5. The renowned Goombay's Restaurant is a short 7-minute walk from front door to front door!! #6. This cottage also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass! H2OBX Waterpark is 13.5 miles away (Oh what fun!!)
