Settle in for your vacation in the most charming 2 bedroom cottage right outside the village of Morristown, New York.
The house not only has ample parking for the entire family (boats included), but the most wonderful outdoor spaces. A large back deck with comfortable outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the sites of the St. Lawrence during the day and the most amazing sunsets in the evening! Al fresco dining, always an option as parts of the deck are always shaded throughout the day. This is our favorite spot for both Canada Day and 4th of July fireworks, or just reading a book in peace and catching a tan. We have added outdoor lighting for enjoying the evening past dark!
Large brand new dock (2025) makes for a perfect entrance to the deep clean water, swimming here is a MUST! Fishing is also an option!
A beautiful master bedroom with queen size bed, and an upstairs loft with an additional 2 queen size beds makes for a great family vacation spot. Eat in kitchen with beautiful light, and a family room with full size couch and 2 recliners makes movie night a blast (don't forget to turn on the gas fireplace when the nights get cold).
A 25 minute drive to Alexandria Bay for restaurants and night life, or a 5 minute trip into the quaint city of Morristown for weekly concerts, affordable restaurants or veggies at the local Amish stand are a must!
Parking for boats on site, 5 minute drive to Morristown boat ramp. Close to Chippewa Bay and Thousand Islands for excellent fishing.
