Summary: It wasn't noted on the cottage description that we would need to bring our own drinking water, but Ali did respond when I asked. This should be noted in the cottage description. There was a huge step down from the cottage to the deck, and also no railing for the first 5 steps to the games room, which made it unsafe. Ali said he would think of something to fix the step and get back to me, but this didn't happen. The sink in the kitchen came loose from the counter and we were asked to shore it up with bricks.There was a huge problem with the dock, made worse with the rising water. My son tore his foot on a rusty nail while pulling the dock back into place. Ali said he would have someone fix it, and for safety sake to stay off it. This wasn't acceptable since we were there to enjoy the water.Noone came to look at the problem.Despite all this, we thoroughly enjoyed our week, and made the best of everything. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
