Villa is a total of 6 levels in all with a glass elevator that runs from level two to level five. Level 1-6 is top to bottom: (bottom is the ocean level).

Cascading down six beautiful tiers of native vegetation, dramatic cliffs and colorful gardens overlooking Los Arcos. This Ocean Front Estate is located just 20 minutes South of Downtown Puerto Vallarta, in the Beach Jungle Town Mismaloya. A famously known location from the movie “The Night of the Iguana.” The scenic drive along the coast from Puerto Vallarta is stunning and just adds to your vacation experience.

As you make your way through the tropical gardens to The Villa Tortugas, you’ll notice the lush walkways and the tranquility of this location. Surrounded by natural greenery and bright blue water your soul will come alive as you immerse yourself in the pure beauty that is Puerto Vallarta. Unmistakably in prime location, our villa boasts spectacular views all around, bright natural sunlight and true privacy at each level. You’ll be drawn to the large windows facing the grand ocean and notice the contours of the home and the way the décor compliments the outdoor scenery. Decorated with exquisite attention to details, comfortable furniture/bedding for adults and children, individual climate control in every room, a state of the art kitchen, 25-foot living room ceilings, stereo system, Wi-Fi and satellite TV’s. Outdoors you will find a glass elevator, gorgeous outdoor seating areas and plenty of balcony space with views of the ocean all around. Dining is efficient for all 16 guests with open terraces, a fully stocked outdoor bar and kitchen, a BBQ grill and your very own chef (additional fee p/day) where we will take care of all the shopping and create menus, so you can enjoy fresh cooking during your stay.

We offer on-premise massages and a private driver in the same fashion. Our fantastic staff, which includes an on-site House manager and maid service will be there for you every step of the way. The pampering continues with our airport transfer services which many guests find extremely useful, as Kyle Raidy informs “airport transfers for our party of 13 at the additional fee was very much worth it. It was overwhelming when we arrived at the PV airport. You can spend most of the day in this outdoor part of the home, since there is the poolside kitchen and bar, a swim-up palapa bar and an additional jacuzzi. For some extra company there is a delightful fish pond. Nothing about this Villa is basic, not only do you have an exquisite six level villa, extensive amenities and comfortable living space, you’ll get to witness some of the best sunsets in the world. Our location is prime and after making Puerto Vallarta a part of our lives 20 years ago, its beauty has never seized to amaze us. Every night is peaceful as you fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves and every morning you’ll wake up to the smell of delicious Mexican cuisine. Enjoy your breakfast alongside bright colored parrots and parakeets who will serenade the start of your day and watch the pelicans fly overhead.

Dolphins and Whales are often seen in these waters which kids absolutely love. If you’re a snorkeling or diving enthusiast, you’ll have to partake in this activity in Los Arcos, known for its diverse aquatic life. As well as it’s variety of land species. Right on the water at the base of Sierra Madre lays the mysterious mountain jungle that is populated by a surprising variety of birds, armadillos, deer, jaguars, pumas and many other species. It’s a colorful and exciting world, that you can explore firsthand with a private jungle tour. We offer that as well! One of our native family friends was born and raised in this little village of Mismaloya and can share all its mystery and beauty with you and your group. It’s a great way to spend the day as you can zipline, ride ATV’s, swim in the natural pools and cascades, picnic and enjoy all the splendors of the jungle. You can also take a 10-minute drive up a mountain, called “El Eden” to enjoy an ecotourism park, also used in the film “The Predator.”

There are many amazing day trips from our location, including Boca de Tomatlan, Las Animas, Yelepa, Islas Marietas, Majahuitas, Las Caletas, Sayulita, Mascota, Tequila, Punta Mita, and fishing tours. If you’re craving some fish by the end of your day, there are many outstanding seafood restaurants that run along the river. Chico’s Paradise specializes in whole grilled fish which you can enjoy while watching the acrobatic cliff divers put on a show. This restaurant is only a 10-minute ride from your home-away-from-home. Le Kliff restaurant has amazing views and there are several more options in proximity. If you enjoy golf, there’s something for you too! Nearby are a few famous golf courses including Tom Weiskopf signature, Jack Nicklaus signature and Joe Finger signature.

We have forgotten about kids, if you are vacationing with little ones, we offer babysitting services, pac n play services, kid’s toys, floats, movies and everything to keep them entertained. We also have Zoológico de Vallarta, a zoo just a few minutes away! The kids can play with baby tigers and monkeys and learn about local animals. Puerta Vallarta offers truly memorable experiences for the young to the old.

Our rental properties are great for small and large groups, families with children, couples, and for any special occasion such as weddings, family reunions, corporate events, birthdays, etc. We can accommodate such events because we also have a condo building with Penthouses available located in downtown Puerto Vallarta directly on the beach. We have our Villa that sleeps 16 guests and we also have our condo building (Puerta al Mar) in downtown Puerto Vallarta (15 minutes from the Villa) located directly on the ocean that sleeps an additional 28 guests. The condo building features TWO Penthouse units and TWO Superior Deluxe units directly on the beach. All units are listed on HomeAway for your viewing pleasure. In total we can host 42 guests at one time however if your group is larger we have an additional Villa available, just ask.
