Our home is the Storybook cottage built by legendary Hugh Comstock . It is located two blocks from downtown.
We recently renovated the home .
The home was on Carmel Heritage Home and Garden Tour and The Bach Festival Tour. The main home has 3 bedrooms(master has king, 2nd bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has a trundle-2 twin beds. There is is a separate cottage with kitchen, queen bed ,full bath.
The home and cottage are connected by a large and private deck. On the deck is a large farm table and new gas grill.There are lovely gardens, super sunny location, views of Point Lobos, great large outdoor private deck with dining, 3 full bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub, full size w/d . There is total privacy and yet ,you are literally one and a half blocks to town. All furnishings are new and the emphasis was placed on simplicity and character .
