Neighboring Horseshoe Valley/Moonstone-30min; Blue Mountain/Collingwood-35min; Midland-30min; Elmvale/Wasaga Beach-10min, where all locations offer an endless #of Summer & Winter activities. This 1100 sq ft 4 season gem features a cozy gas fireplace, modern chefs' kitchen fully stocked [pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking basics provided], and includes a Microwave and Dishwasher. This cottage sleeps 6 adults comfortably and includes: 3 bedrooms, Primary-Queen size bed; Bedroom-2, Queen size bed; Bedroom-3, Double bed with a desk and chair, perfect for remote working, living room, 3-piece washroom [with shower] where basics are provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. This property is equipped with Central Air Conditioning perfect for those hot and humid summer nights and/or Heating for the colder seasons/winter, 43-inch Smart TV with basic Rogers cable service; High-Speed Internet (wi-fi) and various board games. The outside of the property includes an outdoor shower (with both hot and cold water), BBQ [with propane] Fire Pit with Muskoka Chairs [firewood avail for you to use in the summer months], Large front deck with ample different seating choices, Side Deck, bench, Patio table, umbrella(s) and 6 chairs perfect for outdoor eating, lounge chairs and parking for three vehicles. Additionally, this property has a Water Softener, complete with UV light water system maintained regularly, providing for safe drinking/cooking water. As well, a Water Cooler where we leave one 5 L water bottle. This property is beautifully landscaped complete with an underground sprinkler system and landscape lighting that automatically turns on after sun down, as do the front facing pot lights.
You have exclusive use of the entire property, including parking, through keyless entry, where a unique entry code is provided the evening prior to your upcoming stay with the exception of the sheds, which are always locked.
Laundry Units are not available.
-To clarify, this is "not" a party place! It is a family place or place to "chill" with friends. Our neighbors are wonderful and if you respect them, they will respect you.
There is a no "pet policy" and NO smoking of any kind indoors.
We would also appreciate no butts on the property (if so, we would appreciate if butts can be disposed responsibly, in the Smoking Receptacle container located at the back of the property) and absolutely no use of drugs as this is a family beach area.
Kids playing is acceptable and encouraged if they are watched.
